Ton Dong A’s Color coating product is manufactured in compliance with Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G3312:1998 (pre – paint galvanized) and JIS G3322:1994 (pre – paint galvalum). They are nice products, which have various colors, possessing the ability to resist severe environment and superior durability.

All Color coating product (galvalum) undergo quality testing which is based on Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G3312:1994 (pre – paint galvanized) and JIS G3322:1998 (pre – paint galvalum).

Product labeling: Each galvanized product coil of Ton Dong A Company has a label with full information about specification.

Product packaging:
All products are packaged as the company’s regulation.

Transportation
Transport with proper loading capacity.
Do not transport with chemicals, such as salt, alkaline or acid substance. 
Do not put more than 2 layers on a stack, which could flatten the undermost coil.
Keep coil tight, preventing any slipping or falling.
Cover with canvas to keep the product from getting wet.

Loading
-Proper loading using crane to protect the crane operator and other people around.
-Hook the crane appropriately and properly.

Storage
-Preserving the product in warehouse and dry place; prevent any contact with water, rain or other chemicals.
-Do not put the coil to multilayer pile, which distort the coil while being stored.
